We are available to build custom homes in a variety of locations in and around our home base of Simpsonville, South Carolina.

While we primarily stick to a radius of around 50 miles or less from our home offices in Simpsonville and any further quickly becomes potentially cost-prohibitive, we are willing to discuss going outside of that radius depending on the home in question!
